The initiation fee is charged once upon joining and is not charged on renewals. Founding 15 pricing applies only to the first 15 approved members, for 12 monthly payments, and does not include an annual prepayment discount. Membership is subject to approval. Pricing and opening plans are subject to change before enrollment is finalized.
